I (@inksidze) have the right to decline a commission for any reason.I (@inksidze) retain all copyright of the commissions, which basically means that my art cannot be used for profit (unless otherwise discussed & agreed upon).By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to the ToS.
ART USAGE
• This is for personal use only.
Commercial use pricing can be further discussed via email (Note: merchandising, branding, advertising, etc. is considered commercial use)• Please respect basic copyright rules & do not plagiarize or claim my work as your own. Posting/using it on your personal social media or for personal profile layouts is ok with credit.• Do not use or involve my work in AI/Machine-Learning models (Midjourney, etc.) or NFT spaces (OpenSea, Foundation, etc.) at any point in time.
REVISIONS TO FINAL
• I will only allow a limited amount of minor changes after completion (small colour adjustment/small details/etc.), at no additional charge.• Major changes after the rough colours stage (character change/clothing change/etc.) will not be done.
So please make sure you're confident in the idea before it's completed!
REFUNDS
• Full refund is allowed during the sketch stage. Beyond that, I will refund based on the level of progress of the piece.• If for any personal reason I have to cancel your commission, I will give a full refund regardless of its progress level.
